Business Clients / B2B
Our services are intended for businesses and professional clients, including companies, agencies, brands, sole traders and professional creators acting for business purposes.
By accepting a quote or project agreement, or otherwise confirming the project in writing before payment, you confirm that you are purchasing the services wholly or mainly for business or professional purposes and not as a consumer.
If we expressly agree in writing to provide services to a consumer, any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded will continue to apply.
Services
10XF Productions provides services including:
- Video Production
- Video Editing
- Post-Production
- Podcast Editing
- Short-form Content
- Motion Graphics
We do not provide social-media management, publishing, paid advertising, marketing strategy or guaranteed business results unless these are specifically included in writing in a project quote.
Pricing & Currency
Projects start from £150 GBP.
UK clients are normally quoted and charged in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP).
International clients are normally quoted and charged in US Dollars ($ USD).
The final project price depends on the agreed scope, deliverables, schedule, production requirements and any third-party costs. The price stated in the accepted quote or project agreement takes priority over general website pricing.
Quotes & Project Scope
Before work starts, we will agree the main project scope in writing. This may include:
- deliverables;
- formats;
- project requirements;
- deadlines or estimated turnaround;
- client responsibilities;
- included revision round;
- price and currency;
- approved third-party costs; and
- any project-specific exclusions.
An enquiry, consultation or website form does not by itself create a binding project.
Payment
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, 100% of the agreed project price must be received in cleared funds before work begins.
A project is confirmed when:
- the scope has been agreed;
- the quote or project terms have been accepted; and
- the required payment has cleared.
Additional work, extra deliverables, out-of-scope requests and additional revisions may require a separate quote and payment before that extra work begins.
When Work Starts
For these terms, "Work Starts" when 10XF begins substantive work on the accepted and paid project.
This can include:
- creating or opening the project workspace;
- downloading, importing or organising client files;
- reviewing footage or supplied materials for the purpose of carrying out the project;
- preparing a production or post-production workflow;
- editing;
- motion graphics or animation work;
- production preparation; or
- any other work directly connected with delivering the agreed project.
Simply receiving an enquiry does not mean work has started.
Revisions
Unless the accepted quote says otherwise, one revision round is included.
One revision round means one consolidated set of reasonable, in-scope feedback supplied by the client's authorised contact.
The following may be charged separately:
- additional revision rounds;
- changes to the original brief;
- replacement or newly supplied footage after editing has begun;
- new deliverables;
- major structural changes;
- changes requested after approval; or
- work outside the accepted scope.
Additional work will not begin until any required additional price has been agreed.
Client Responsibilities
The client must provide the information, files, access, approvals and feedback reasonably required to deliver the project.
The client confirms that it has all necessary rights, licences and permissions for any footage, music, logos, photographs, graphics, trademarks, data or other material supplied to 10XF.
The client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of information and materials it supplies.
Client Delays
If required client material, approval or feedback is delayed, the delivery schedule may also change.
If the client does not provide a required response for 7 consecutive days, 10XF may pause the project and release the scheduled production slot.
If the client does not provide a required response for 30 consecutive days, 10XF may archive the project.
Restarting an archived project is subject to availability and may require a new delivery schedule and/or an additional reactivation charge agreed before work restarts.
Delivery
Delivery dates or turnaround times are agreed per project and may be estimates where the work depends on client feedback, third parties, production conditions or technical factors.
Final deliverables are normally supplied electronically through a download link, cloud-storage link or another agreed digital method.
The client should review final deliverables promptly and notify us of any material issue relating to the agreed scope.
File Retention
Unless expressly included in writing, the client receives the agreed final deliverables only.
The following are not automatically included:
- editable project files;
- source timelines;
- working files;
- unused concepts or drafts;
- internal templates;
- reusable production assets;
- internal tools, systems, techniques and workflows.
Project working files and client-supplied production media are normally retained for 30 days after final delivery and may then be permanently deleted.
Longer storage must be agreed separately.
Ownership / Intellectual Property
Once all sums due for the project have been paid, the client receives the rights to the final agreed deliverables as stated in the accepted project terms, subject to:
- third-party licences;
- stock-media licences;
- music licences;
- font licences;
- software restrictions; and
- any other rights that cannot legally be transferred.
10XF retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, internal tools, templates, know-how, systems, workflows and reusable assets.
Portfolio Use
Unless the client opts out in writing before publication, 10XF may display completed, public-facing final work in its:
- portfolio;
- website;
- showreel;
- social channels; and
- business-development materials.
We will not intentionally publish confidential material contrary to an NDA or other written confidentiality agreement.
A client may request in writing that a project is excluded from public portfolio use.
Confidentiality
Each party must take reasonable steps to protect confidential information received from the other party and use it only for the project or another lawful agreed purpose.
This does not apply to information that is already public through no breach of confidence, was lawfully known beforehand, is independently developed, or must be disclosed by law.
Contractors / Production Partners
10XF may use suitable freelancers, contractors, production partners or service providers to help deliver a project.
Where they require access to confidential information or project material, access should be limited to what is reasonably necessary for the work.
10XF remains responsible for delivering the services it has agreed to provide to the client.
No Performance Guarantees
Unless expressly agreed in writing, 10XF does not guarantee:
- views;
- engagement;
- followers;
- leads;
- conversions;
- sales;
- revenue;
- rankings;
- advertising results; or
- platform performance.
Creative and commercial performance depends on factors outside 10XF's control.
Third-Party Services
Projects may depend on third-party software, hosting, cloud storage, stock media, music, fonts, locations, talent, equipment, crew or other suppliers.
Any approved third-party cost may be charged in addition to the project fee where stated in the quote.
10XF is not responsible for a third-party service being changed, suspended or withdrawn, but will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption to the agreed project.
Refund & Cancellation
Before Work Starts, a cancellation may be eligible for a refund less agreed non-recoverable third-party costs and unrecoverable payment-processing charges where permitted by law. Once Work Starts, the applicable project payment is non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Physical production cancellation
For a booked shoot, cancellation or rescheduling may incur the cost of work already completed and non-recoverable crew, equipment, travel, location, talent or supplier costs. Within 48 hours of a booked shoot, the booked production fee is non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Rescheduling
A request to move a fixed booking is subject to availability. Any additional supplier, travel, crew or rebooking cost must be agreed before it is charged.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to the above and to the maximum extent permitted by law:
- 10XF will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss;
- 10XF will not be liable for loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or anticipated savings; and
- 10XF's total aggregate liability arising from a project will not exceed the total fees actually paid to 10XF for that project.
Each party remains responsible for taking reasonable steps to reduce avoidable loss.
Events Outside Our Control
10XF will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control, including serious technical outages, power or network failure, illness, severe weather, travel disruption, venue or supplier failure, government restrictions or similar events.
Where practical, we will notify the client and agree a revised schedule or other reasonable solution.
Complaints
If you believe we have not supplied the agreed service correctly, contact:

Please include the project name, invoice or quote reference, and a clear description of the issue.
We will try to resolve genuine project issues reasonably and promptly.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these website Terms from time to time.
The version accepted for a project will continue to govern that project unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
Governing Law
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
For business-to-business projects, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the parties expressly agree otherwise in writing.
Acceptance
Before we request project payment, the client may be asked to confirm acceptance by email, quote approval, project agreement or another written acknowledgement:
I confirm that I am purchasing these services wholly or mainly for business or professional purposes.
I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions, including the Refund & Cancellation section.
The accepted quote, project agreement and any written project-specific terms form part of the contract. If there is a conflict, the project-specific terms take priority for that project.
